We at Capelli Group require you to have a skin test 48 hour prior to your scheduled colour appointment. If you react we unfortunately can NOT carry out your service.
Hair dye contains chemicals that in rare cases can cause severe, even life-threatening, allergic reactions. Our manufacturers as well as most others, state that they are NOT intended for any persons under the age of 16.
CANCELLATIONS & NO SHOWS
We understand that emergencies happen, if you need to cancel your appointment we simply ask for 24 hours notice.
In the event of missing your appointment, you will be charged with 100% of the service missed. This charge will be added to your next appointment.
DATA PROTECTION
Any information consented to Capelli Group LTD, is used but not limited to the event we need to contact you for further information regarding your appointment. Any information(s) will NOT be shared/sold to any third party.
