Patch testing & Age Restrictions

At Capelli Group, we require all clients to complete a skin test 48 hours before their scheduled color appointment. If any allergic reaction occurs, we regret that we will be unable to proceed with the service.

Hair dye contains chemicals that, in rare cases, can cause severe, even life-threatening, allergic reactions. For your safety, our manufacturers, along with most others, advise that hair dye should not be used on individuals under the age of 16.

Cancellations & No shows

We understand that emergencies can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for 24 hours' notice. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, you will be required to pay for the full service.

In the event of a missed appointment without prior notice, a charge of 100% of the missed service will apply. This charge will be added to your next appointment.

Data Protection

Any information provided to Capelli Group LTD will be used solely for purposes related to your appointment, including, but not limited to, contacting you for additional details. Rest assured, your information will NOT be shared or sold to any third party.
